2. Permitted Devotional Use

All the religious and spiritual content available on Prabhu Vandan - including sacred aartis, chalisa recitations, Vedic mantras, stotras, Shrimad Bhagavad Gita verses, vrat kathas, pooja procedures, and daily panchang - is provided entirely free for all devotees' personal, non-commercial, spiritual, and educational use.

  • You may use the content for private recitation and worship at your home, temple, or satsang gathering.
  • Selling Prabhu Vandan's content for commercial gain, republishing it without permission, or distributing it as a packaged product is strictly prohibited.

3. Intellectual Property

The original Sanskrit mantras, mythological shlokas, traditional vrat kathas, and Vedic hymns of Sanatan Dharma belong to humanity's shared cultural and spiritual heritage (Public Cultural Domain).

However, Prabhu Vandan's specific web design, user interface (UI), programming code, panchang and choghadiya calculation algorithms, the interactive software for the 108-bead japa mala, specific English/Hindi translations, editing, and audio arrangement are the intellectual property of Prabhu Vandan and are protected under copyright law.

4. User Conduct

While using our website, you agree that you will:

  • Not attempt to interfere with the website's normal operation or security systems.
  • Not place undue load on the website through unauthorized use of automated bots, scrapers, or data-mining tools.
  • Not use any abusive, unlawful, or religiously offensive language in feedback or the contact form.

5. Copyright Infringement & DMCA Notice Process

Prabhu Vandan fully respects the intellectual property rights of all creators and publishers. If a copyright holder believes their content has been used on Prabhu Vandan without authorization, they may notify our legal department with the following details:

  • A clear description and URL of the allegedly copyrighted content.
  • The name, organization, contact address, phone, and email of the copyright holder or their authorized representative.
  • A good-faith statement that the use of the content is legally unauthorized.

Upon receiving the notice, our legal and editorial team will review it and take necessary corrective action within 48 business hours.

6. Limitation of Liability

All information on the website is presented "as is" with devotion and good faith. Prabhu Vandan, its founders, or its associates shall not be legally liable for any direct or indirect loss or damage.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. In the event of any dispute or legal proceeding, the courts of New Delhi, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
